If a graphic not loading correctly, or at all, check these things: 

1.The graphic file exists your directory, correct
place. (i.e. not a different sub-directory). 
2.The name graphic file correctly input into IMG src="quot;"
tag. Remember, files our server are CASE SENSITIVE. 
3.The graphic link has correct pathname. 
4.The graphic appropriate type. It needs be one of
two formats: GIF or JPEG. If they are not these formats, then
browser will attempt save, or open with another
application. If you have tried help yourself here with FAQ,
but you are still having problems, contact our Technical Support
department. We want help you figure out!
